Delivery Timeframes
Most areas support 1–5 PM and 6–10 PM delivery windows. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, traffic conditions, building access restrictions, and recipient availability may affect delivery times.
Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:
- Leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate
- Leave it with a concierge, receptionist, or household member
- Contact the recipient for delivery instructions
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Weather Conditions
