Substitution Policy
For arrangements of assorted flowers, the flowers shown online will be used to the best of our ability. However, unforeseen weather conditions may cause some seasonal flowers to not be available. If this is the case, a similar flower in both colour and value will be used.
Regarding rose arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but if the original rose is not available, a substitution with a similar colour and value will be made. In addition, if the floral wrapping paper shown online is not available, a similar wrapping paper will be used.
